Minimum Fitness Requirements: •700m Continuous Freestyle •Competent Technique for Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly & Breaststroke •Lane speeds range from 2:15mins to 1min 30s per 100m •Session Distance: 3.7km to 4.5km. This swim session runs for 90 minutes allowing participants to complete their program at their required time. Is designed to assist participants towards training for specific swim events.
