Minimum Fitness Requirements: •500m Continuous Freestyle •Competent Technique for Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly & Breaststroke •Session Distance: 2.5km to 3km •Hold Repeat 2min 15sec for Freestyle 100m. This Swim session runs for 60 minutes and is great for beginners to squad style swimming.
