StrongFit is a generalised Strength and Conditioning class with the emphasis on building training capacity. The ratio of strength to conditioning is set at 50:50 to favour overall physical performance. We aim not only to improve strength and fitness but also educate all participants on correct lifting techniques, loading, volumes and intensity. Suitable for all fitness levels. Class duration 45 minutes.
