Junior Fitness Programs - Term 1
Welcoming all new enrolments for our Children and Teens term-based Fitness Programs. Including TeenFit, TeenCycle, TeenReformer, YouthFit plus more.

This program is designed to expose Teens to a Gym environment. Children must be turning 12 years old in the calendar year.
Target age 11 to 17 years
YouthFit
Fun and Functional exercises for kids aged 8 to 12 years.
Target age 7 to 12 years
TeenReformer
Reformer Pilates program for teens. All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Must be turning 12 in the current calendar year. Location: LeisureFit Melville Reformer Studio

TeenBoxFit
A fun and energetic boxing-inspired term program. Designed to use the fundamentals of boxing training to build strength, coordination and confidence. Children must be turning 12 years old in the calendar year.

Dance program offering a variety of styles. All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Suitable for children in Kindy and Pre-Primary.
